Simpro to enhance project management

Getting Simpro up and running wasn’t entirely seamless for us either. The biggest hurdle was integrating it with our existing maintenance systems, which led us to explore tools like Makini’s integration solutions, specifically Makini’s FTMaintenance integration https://www.makini.io/integrations/ftmaintenance. This helped unify our workflows between field service management and asset maintenance tracking. We invested time in thorough onboarding and used Makini’s integration support to streamline our data flow, which minimized confusion for the team.
We initially faced a few challenges getting our team up to speed with Simpro, mainly because of the extensive customization options and the range of features it offers. It was a bit overwhelming at first, especially for team members who were new to project management software.
