This large-scale grant will provide funding for Principles of Management instructors at multiple Virginia institutions to replace expensive course textbooks with existing OER course material (OpenStax Principles of Management). Principles of Management is a core course at these institutions, meaning it is required of all business majors. Faculty will create ancillary materials (slides, quiz/test questions, discussion questions) and curate class activities (experiential exercises, online activities) for face-to-face and online courses, and migrate the new material into existing online course modules.
